Roshani Giri

Roshani is the Manager of Energy Services, Analysis at EN-POWER GROUP, where she collaborates with the Energy Team to help clients across all sectors manage energy use and carbon emissions. She provides comprehensive energy and carbon analysis and oversees data management, empowering building owners to achieve their energy efficiency and decarbonization goals. 

An expert in energy benchmarking and carbon emissions calculations, Roshani specializes in ensuring compliance with New York City’s Local Law 97 carbon emission legislation. She leads data quality and assurance efforts, developing proprietary tools that enhance the accuracy of analysis, tracking, and compliance services. With extensive experience managing the submission of over 2,000 annual energy benchmarking reports, Roshani has proven expertise in the entire benchmarking process—from data collection to final submission—on a national scale. She is also highly experienced at navigating Building Performance Standards (BPS) requirements and submissions across various jurisdictions. Her expertise spans data automation, quality assurance, analysis, and reporting, making her an invaluable asset to clients seeking precision in their energy performance efforts. 

Roshani has also contributed to end-to-end GRESB reporting for national commercial property portfolios and supported green building certification projects, including LEED, Fitwel, and WELL, further showcasing her commitment to advancing sustainability in the built environment.
